Nashville, Tennessee - this is a fully on-site role in a dynamic, fast-growing legal market with direct collaboration alongside experienced attorneys.NoteCandidates must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee and have at least 2 years of litigation experience.

Job Description
- Handle all phases of litigation from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings and trials
- Work directly with clients to develop case strategy and provide practical guidance
- Collaborate with partners and other associates on complex litigation matters
- Manage a growing caseload with increasing responsibility and autonomy
Qualifications
- Licensed and in good standing with the Tennessee Bar
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters efficiently
- Experience in transportation, construction, or product liability litigation is a plus
