Responsibilities: Perform durability and development testing based on engineering drawings and specifications
Set up, operate, and maintain mechanical testing equipment and tools
Assemble and disassemble golf clubs and related components
Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, gauges, etc.) to inspect parts
Collect, organize, and analyze test data with a strong focus on
Excel Enter results into systems and generate clear, accurate reports for engineers
Troubleshoot inconsistencies in measurements and test results
Perform routine equipment maintenance and ensure testing accuracy
Follow all safety protocols and contribute to process improvements
Support additional lab and testing tasks as needed
Strong
mechanical skills and comfort working with tools and equipment
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, organizing data)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Experience with precision measurement tools (minimum 3+ months preferred)
Basic math skills (decimals, fractions, percentages)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
