What You ll Do
  • Provide anesthesia care for adult and trauma patients in a high-volume hospital with 60 surgical cases daily
  • Manage general, neuro, vascular, orthopedic, obstetric, and neurosurgical cases, including complex procedures
  • Supervise CRNA/AA colleagues (medical direction style) during anesthesia provision
  • Prepare anesthesia plans, including regional blocks, airway management, and sedation
  • Utilize ultrasound for regional anesthesia placement
  • Assist with acute pain management and airway emergencies
  • Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists and perioperative staff in a Level 1 Trauma Center
What You Need
Required:
  • Active Colorado Medical License
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
  • Minimum 2 years of anesthesiology experience
  • Proficiency in general, regional, and trauma anesthesia procedures
  • Ability to supervise CRNA/AA staff

Preferred:
  • Experience with complex vascular and orthopedic surgery
  • Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records
  • Past experience working in high-volume trauma centers
