DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide Inpatient Hospice Coverage
Manage Hospice Admissions and Follow-Up Care
Participate in Night and Weekend Call Rotation
Complete Documentation and Order Entry in Epic
Coordinate Care with the Hospice Team
