What You ll Do
- Provide outpatient ENT care, including assessments of tonsils, adenoids, and otitis media
- Perform wound assessment, suture removal, and foreign body removal
- Conduct post-op urology visits for pediatric patients (experience with urology preferred)
- Utilize flexible endoscopy and nasal cautery as needed
- Document evaluation findings and coordinate patient care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and team members to deliver high-quality outpatient services
- Participate in telehealth or in-person visits as required
What You Need
Required: - Active professional license in Oregon
- DEA registration
- BLS certification
- BC or BE in relevant specialty
Preferred: - Urology experience or comfort with urology post-op visits
- Flexible endoscopy skills
- Pediatric ENT experience
About the Assignment
This outpatient locum assignment involves working with a team dedicated to pediatric ENT and urology outpatient care. You will manage post-op visits, evaluate common office diagnoses, and utilize flexible endoscopy in a friendly, well-supported environment. Flexible scheduling and a focus on quality patient care make this a rewarding opportunity. Credentialing with payors will take approximately until September 1, with interviews primarily conducted via Teams with the physician leader. Please confirm if Tuesday 1-2 pm PST works or specify alternative times.
