Maintenance Workers will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, and adhering to safety standards in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive Preventive Maintenance programs for each machine Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all equipment Maintain detailed maintenance histories, including parts usage Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and CNC issues effectively Operate and qualify on forklifts and scissor lifts Work variable hours, including nights and weekends as needed Follow all OSHA safety rules related to machinery and equipment Implement continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles Serve as a professional liaison with vendors and contractors Perform additional duties as assigned Required Qualifications: Valid Driver License Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Effective communication with office and plant personnel High expertise with CNC routers, Turret, Punch Press, Brake, and Shear machinery High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of maintenance technician experience in manufacturing Preferred Qualifications Past management or leadership experience Lean manufacturing experience Above average skills in Microsoft Excel
