Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical design and development of high-speed, high-precision semiconductor assembly equipment, with a primary focus on Die Bonders. This role involves close collaboration with process, mechanical, software, and systems engineering teams to design, integrate, and debug complex electrical systems while delivering robust and manufacturable solutions.


Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and debug electrical systems for industrial semiconductor equipment
• Develop power, analog, and digital circuits for systems utilizing brushless servo motors, stepper motors, and DC motors
• Design analog circuits with A/D & D/A converters, signal amplification, filtering, sensor/encoder feedback, and power amplification stages
• Develop and integrate industrial control systems using motor controllers, I/O controllers, solenoids, switches, and sensors
• Integrate systems using Ethernet, EtherCAT, I2C, USB, and other industrial communication protocols
• Create and maintain wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and interconnection architectures
• Design cabling solutions, connector selection, and cable specifications
• Collaborate with external vendors and cross-functional engineering teams on system integration and technical problem-solving
• Develop technically sound, cost-effective, and manufacturable electrical design solutions


Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in power, analog, and digital circuit design
• Strong knowledge of servo motors, stepper motors, and DC motor control systems
• Proven experience in industrial control system design and system-level debugging
• Experience with Ethernet, EtherCAT, I2C, USB, and industrial communication protocols
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary engineering environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturable and cost-optimized electrical designs
