Our client is seeking an experienced and highly professional Personal Injury Paralegal to join their executive level team in a fast-paced, high-profile legal environment. This position requires a polished, detail-oriented individual who can operate with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have strong case management skills, exceptional organization, and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality. This role supports the Founder and Managing Partner directly on high-priority matters, serving as a trusted extension of leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
- Maintain and organize case files, medical records, pleadings, and discovery documents
- Draft legal correspondence, motions, demands, and other case-related documentation
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
- Track deadlines, court filings, and case milestones to ensure timely progression
- Provide direct day-to-day support to the Founder and Managing Partner on high-priority cases
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client and firm matters
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of recent Personal Injury Paralegal experience
- Hands-on experience with SmartAdvocate is mandatory
- Strong understanding of personal injury litigation procedures, case management, and document preparation
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling highly confidential matters
- Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Availability to work fully in-office Monday-Friday
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
