Recruiter - TimeLine Staffing
Location: Plano, TX
Compensation: $50K base salary + monthly performance bonuses
We're looking for a driven Recruiter who's passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities. In this role, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle-from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top talent across multiple industries.
What you'll do:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Manage interviews, job postings, and candidate outreach.
- Hit hiring goals while providing a top notch candidate experience.
- Track metrics and contribute to continuous process improvement.
What we're looking for:
- 1-3 years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience.
- Energetic communicator who thrives in a fast-paced team setting.
- Organized, proactive, and goal driven mindset.
- Comfortable using applicant tracking systems and social recruiting tools.
