Location: Indianapolis, IN 46168
Pay: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Position Description:
- Work with hiring managers to collect position information and prepare/edit job descriptions
- Identify and execute recruiting strategies for a variety of professional-level roles
- Utilize interview techniques including resume screening, phone interviews, and behavioral interviews
- Manage the interview process by scheduling and communicating with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and grow candidate pipelines for key corporate positions
- Develop and expand the candidate database
Position Requirements:
- Full-cycle recruiting experience within a light industrial staffing agency
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong phone and computer skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting (phone and in-person interviews)
- Ability to source candidates using multiple social media platforms
- Strong ability to build professional relationships with candidates and clients
