Job Summary
Are you a compassionate LPN passionate about making a difference in patients' lives? Join our dedicated Pediatrics team and help deliver outstanding outpatient care to patients and their families!
- Greet and prepare patients for exams, ensuring a positive, supportive experience for patients and families.
- Obtain and document vital signs, patient histories, and concerns.
- Assist with specimen collection, point-of-care testing, and minor treatments as directed by the physician.
- Educate patients and families on medication, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Coordinate patient flow, review schedules, and help manage appointments.
- Notify families of test results and physician instructions, ensuring clear communication.
- Maintain clean, well-stocked exam rooms and manage inventory.
- Collaborate closely with providers and staff to deliver safe, high-quality care.
Current NY State LPN license required
- Previous experience in internal medicine or other fast paced specialty office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pediatrics
Schedule: M - F 8:00am - 4:30pm
