Job Title:Social Media Support (Customer Service) Location: Johnston, IA Duration: 24 + Months ( Contract/Temp with the possibility of extension) Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Pay Range: $21.50/hr to $25/hr Job Description: We are seeking a Social Media Support (Customer Service) to join our Social Media Care team. In this role, you will provide front-line support to customers by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a high-quality customer experience across digital channels. This position focuses heavily on social media engagement, requiring strong written communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional, brand-aligned manner. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via social media, email, and web platforms Monitor designated social media channels and engage with customers in real-time Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues and concerns Provide accurate information regarding products, parts, and services Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately Review outbound responses for quality, tone, and accuracy Required Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of customer service or support experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience using social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) Proficiency with computer systems and basic troubleshooting Ability to manage multiple tasks and communication channels Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays Preferred Qualifications: Experience providing customer support via social media in a business setting Background in agriculture, equipment, or technical products Familiarity with dealer or service environments Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field Work Schedule & Training: Training: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (2-3 weeks classroom + on-the-job training) Post-training: 8-hour shifts scheduled between 11:00 AM - 10:30 PM Weekend work required on a rotating basis Compensation & Benefits: Pay: $21.50 per hour Retention bonuses at 6, 12, and 24 months Pay increases based on tenure milestones (LH-R7) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $21 - $22 Hourly Bonus/Commission: Yes
