Availability / Assignment Details
- Start Date: July-August 2026 (target onboarding window)
- Duration: 6 months (potential extension until permanent coverage is secured)
- Number of Providers Needed: 3-4 General Anesthesiologists
- Shift Types: 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts
- Call Requirement: No call required
- Model: Primarily care team supervision with occasional own cases

Staffing Model
- Care Team Ratio:
- 1 MD : 3 CRNAs OR
- 1 MD : 4 CRNAs
- Practice Style:
- Primarily supervisory anesthesia model
- Occasional MD-directed solo cases possible
- CRNA supervision required
Clinical Requirements
- Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible accepted
- Must be proficient in:
- General anesthesia across broad surgical specialties
- Peripheral nerve blocks
Licensure
- Active North Carolina medical license required
