Requirements
Board certified Anesthesiologist
Must be licensed in Pennsylvania
Assignment Details
Case types: General, neuro, ortho, OB
EMR: Epic
9 anesthesia rooms
MD supervision of CRNAs required
MD to CRNA ratio: 1:3 or 1:4
MDs perform their own cases
Assist in directing and coordinating activities in the anesthesia department
Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments
Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
Perform induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitor patient physiological condition
Perform clinical interventions as needed
