CRNA Job - General Anesthesia in Tillamook, Oregon

Experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) are invited to apply for a CRNA job in Tillamook, Oregon. This general anesthesia opportunity offers an all-CRNA practice model, a diverse surgical case mix, and the chance to provide high-quality patient care.

Job Details
  • Weekly Estimated Pay: $7,920-$8,350
  • Start Date: 8/31/2026
  • Schedule: 5 shifts per week
  • Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
  • Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Call Schedule: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM; every 3rd weeknight and every 4th weekend
  • Call Response Time: 20 minutes
  • Assignment Length: 52 weeks
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
  • Practice Model: Independent all-CRNA anesthesia practice
  • Clinical Environment: 3 operating rooms using Cerner EMR
  • Coverage Dates Needed: Aug 31-Sept 4, Oct 12-16, Oct 26-30, Nov 23-27, Dec 21-25
CRNA Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience required
  • Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist certification
  • CME & OR DEA
  • AHA-issued certifications required
  • Demonstrated experience with spinals, blocks, and epidurals
  • Case logs required, including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
  • Strong clinical judgment in an all-CRNA anesthesia setting
CRNA Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthesia care for a variety of cases, including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, pain management, OB/GYN, ENT, and endoscopy
  • Perform regional anesthesia techniques, including spinals, blocks, and epidurals
  • Participate in scheduled call coverage and respond within required response times
