Title: NP/PA Emergency Department (any state license is acceptable)
Place of Work: Eagle Butte, SD
Start Date: 1 to 2 Months
Pay Rate: $115 per hour on 1099
Shift Hours: 7a-7p Week on Week off / Two Weeks on Two Weeks off (Flexible)
Census: 1 patient per hour 10k a year (Low Volume)
How many shifts needed per month: Determined by facility schedule and patient volume.
License: Any state NP/PA license works.
Experience needed: 3 Years
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ATLS
Special Skills needed:
- Strong clinical decision-making skills in high-acuity and trauma situations.
- Proficient in performing emergency procedures (suturing, splinting, I&D, intubations, and central line assists).
- Ability to independently evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients across all age groups in an emergency setting.
- Skilled in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and maintaining thorough, accurate documentation.
Credentialing / Onboarding time: Estimated 6 8 weeks.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive emergency care including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute conditions. Manage patient flow, stabilize critical cases, and collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain compliance with IHS and hospital standards of care.
