We are seeking a Part-Time Physician Assistant to provide inpatient medical care in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities
- Perform daily inpatient medical rounds in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, specialists, and family members.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation within the EMR.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Provide compassionate, patient-focused care that promotes positive clinical outcomes and reduced hospital readmissions.
Qualifications
- Current Physician Assistant license in the state of Indiana.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team.
