  • Preferred Schedule: 7a-3p / Call hours: 7p-7a
  • Worksite Setting: Hospital
  • Scope of Work: General, Ortho, ENDO, Podiatry
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN license, ACLS, BLS, PALS
  • ALL CRNA practice.
  • 3 CRNAs/day.
  • 2 ORs.
  • General, Ortho, ENDO, Podiatry- (every other week).
  • Must be proficient in spinals and epidurals. Additional regional exp preferred.
  • EMR: Epic
