MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizing and overseeing jobsite administration
- Organizing and coordinating field operations
- Assisting in the development, monitoring, updating, and communicating the project schedule and its periodic revisions
- Managing the direct labor force and maintaining labor relations on-site
- Managing subcontractor schedules, quality-of-work, coordination with other trades, and payments
- Creating and maintaining a safe/secure job-site environment
- Quality Control of the project
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with the Owner, design professionals, building officials, local businesses, and police and fire departments
- Daily Reports
