El Paso Artificial Grass Supply is one of the fastest-growing outdoor home-improvement companies in El Paso. Beyond our installation business, we sell artificial turf wholesale - and we're about to bring in new product at a price that's going to let us win this market. We have a 5.0 rating across nearly 700 reviews and a brand contractors in this town already know. Now we need a hunter to put that product in front of every installer in El Paso.
The role
This is an outbound B2B sales seat. Your job is to grow our contractor wholesale channel - get the turf installers and landscapers of El Paso buying their turf from us, and keep them coming back. This is a phone-first hunting role: you'll call, you'll follow up, you'll build relationships, and you'll convert one-time buyers into recurring accounts. There's a secondary stream of inbound homeowner/retail product sales too, but the priority is contractors.
What you'll own
- Calling every turf installer and landscaper in El Paso - building the list and working it relentlessly
- Converting contractors into recurring wholesale accounts (our goal: grow from a handful today to 40-50)
- Winning accounts away from the big distributors on price and on our brand
- Building real relationships that keep contractors buying from us
- Closing inbound retail product leads as a secondary lane
What we're looking for
- A real hunter - you're comfortable picking up the phone, hearing "no," and dialing the next one
- B2B or wholesale sales experience strongly preferred
- Credible on product - you can talk shop with a contractor who installs every day
- Self-driven and competitive - you chase the number without being micromanaged
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
The offer
