Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00AM to 5:00PM

Job Summary
We are currently hiring experienced Welder / Fabricators to support our industrial and manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in welding, metal fabrication, blueprint reading, and general shop safety procedures. This role involves both fabrication work and on-site welding in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
- Measure, cut, and assemble metal components accurately
- Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core processes
- Grind, clean, and finish welded materials as required
- Inspect completed work for quality and structural integrity
- Operate fabrication tools and shop equipment safely
- Follow all OSHA and workplace safety guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Welder or Fabricator (required)
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements
- Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in industrial environments
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Welding certifications are a plus but not required
Work Environment
- Industrial / manufacturing / recycling facilities
- May include indoor and outdoor work conditions
- Standing, bending, and physical labor required
- PPE required (helmet, gloves, safety boots, etc.)
