We are seeking three year minimum experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator to join our team. This position requires a dependable, motivated individual with strong fabrication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform Layout and MIG welding on a variety of steel components
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Understand and follow welding symbols and shop drawings
- Fit, fabricate, and assemble parts to specification
- Maintain quality standards and safe work practices
- Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- Proven MIG welding experience - able to weld 5/16" single pass or multiple pass dual shield
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols IS A MUST
- Strong measuring and layout skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Preferred:
- Layout and weld
- Certified GMAW/MIG
- Basic hand and power tool knowledge
