• Rate:$26.00 to $28.00/hour
• Location: Gainesville, FL
• Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with On-call rotation)

As a Maintenance Supervisor, You Will:

• Actively participate in all maintenance and repair activities while leading the team
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general property upkeep
• Perform and manage preventive maintenance across the property
• Supervise staff and vendors, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Manage inventory, supplies, and operating expenses
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies efficiently
• Ensure timely unit turnovers and maintain a high standard of readiness

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
• HVAC / EPA Certification required
• Valid Driver's License required
• Strong technical skills with a focus onpreventive maintenanceandproperty upkeep
• Must betech-savvyand comfortable using maintenance software and mobile work order systems
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Available foremergency on-call rotation
