- Rate:$26.00 to $28.00/hour
- Location: Gainesville, FL
- Schedule:Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with On-call rotation)

As a Maintenance Supervisor, You Will:
- Actively participate in all maintenance and repair activities while leading the team
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general property upkeep
- Perform and manage preventive maintenance across the property
- Supervise staff and vendors, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Manage inventory, supplies, and operating expenses
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies efficiently
- Ensure timely unit turnovers and maintain a high standard of readiness
Experience Required for Your Success
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
- HVAC / EPA Certification required
- Valid Driver's License required
- Strong technical skills with a focus onpreventive maintenanceandproperty upkeep
- Must betech-savvyand comfortable using maintenance software and mobile work order systems
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Available foremergency on-call rotation
