Prestige Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Jackson, Michigan.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Direct and manage the daily activities of Technicians across multiple shifts
- Work with operations, maintenance, and management to track, trend, report, and take effective corrective actions regarding equipment failures
- Implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials
- Implement training programs to improve work performance
- Participate in budgeting and capital projects
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement teams
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance
- Minimum 2 years of Management experience
- PLC knowledge required
- Must have experience with Welders/Robots
