- Collaborate with engineering to optimize machining processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the setup and operation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Document setup processes and maintain accurate production records.
- Train and mentor junior staff on FANUC lathe operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
Requirements: - Proven experience in setting up and operating FANUC lathes.
- Strong understanding of machining principles and tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
