Job Responsibilities- Start the day with rounds alongside residents to establish patient plans- Manage and execute orders and see patients as needed- Focus on patient care, excluding operative assistance, with potential for drain removals- Collaborate with residents in maintaining patient care flow
Qualifications- Board Certification in Neurosurgery required- Minimum of 1 year of neuro experience- Active state license in Massachusetts

Skills- Proficiency in using Epic for EMR/charting- Ability to remove drains (hemovac/jp drains preferred)- Strong collaborative skills for working with residents and patient care teams
