Job description

A Client located in Southwest Idaho looking for a Vascular Surgery APP locum to help with clinic 4 days per week, ongoing, starting as soon as the Provider is credentialed.
Details:
  • Coverage needed: Clinic only 8a-5p, Monday - Thursday. 2-4 weeks per month. Flexible on provider availability
  • Level II Trauma- HIGH ACUITY and INTENSITY
  • Client will reimburse for travel (Local? Even better!)
  • 60-90 day credentialing timeframe
Requirements:
  • AANP/NCCPA
  • ID license or IMLC
  • DEA/CSR
  • BLS
Certification Requirements:
  • Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS)
  • DEA
Compensation:
  • Competitive compensation for the right Provider. (Candidates can submit their preferred pay rate with presentation.)
  • ProTouch takes care of Malpractice with tail & all travel expenses.
