Position Details:
Patient Population: Pediatrics to Adults
Setting: Outpatient Family Medicine Clinic
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct wellness visits and preventive care
- Manage a panel of pediatric and adult patients
Required Procedures:
- Bread-and-Butter Family Medicine
- Routine Primary Care Visits
- Preventive Care and Chronic Disease Management
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff:
- 6 Physicians
- 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Patient Volume: Approximately 16 Patients Per Day
Days Per Month: Full-Time Coverage (Monday-Friday)
On-Call/Weekends: None Mentioned
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
- Internal Medicine Physicians Accepted if Comfortable Seeing All Ages
- Active New Hampshire License Required OR IMLC LOQ in Hand
- DEA Required
- BLS Certification Required
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience
