Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical care Monday through Friday, averaging 8 hours per day with up to 6 hours in clinic coverage.
- Participate in 24-hour weekend call coverage.
- Manage a patient load of approximately 6-8 outpatients and 1.5 deliveries per day.
- Collaborate with 2 Nurse Practitioners to ensure optimal patient care.
- Utilize Cerner EHR for patient documentation and record-keeping.
- Perform essential procedures including prenatal care, vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and VBACs.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified in OB/GYN (Required)
- Active medical license in Michigan (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in OB/GYN (Required)
- Local candidates preferred (Required)
- Recent NPDB report within the last 30 days (Required)
License and Certification Requirements:
- Must hold an active OB/GYN specialty certification.
- Current Michigan medical license is mandatory.
