Work Details:
- Average Volume: Approximately 140 pathology cases per day
- Patient Demographic: Average patient age 43 years
- Case Mix: Broad pathology case variety
- No Autopsies Required
- Frozen Section Interpretation Required
- Strong FNA (Fine Needle Aspiration) Program with Interventional Radiology Support
Responsibilities:
- Surgical pathology case review and interpretation
- Frozen section evaluations
- FNA specimen interpretation
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Accurate and timely pathology reporting
Requirements - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pathology
- Active State License (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with frozen sections preferred
- Experience interpreting FNA specimens preferred
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills
