Responsibilities:
- Provide full-spectrum OB/GYN care
- Outpatient clinic coverage
- Call coverage
- Prenatal care and obstetrical management
- Gynecologic consultations and procedures
- Surgical OB/GYN care
Required Procedures:
- FHR Interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
- OB Ultrasounds (Performance and Interpretation)
- Routine Vaginal Deliveries
- Cesarean Sections
- Breech Deliveries
- Multiple Birth Deliveries
- VBACs
- Repair of 3rd and 4th Degree Lacerations
- IUD Placement
- Cystoscopy
- Colposcopy
- Cryosurgery
- LEEP Procedures
- Open Gynecologic Surgery
- Laparoscopic Diagnostic and Minor Procedures
- Tubal Ligation
- Ectopic Pregnancy Surgery
- Ovary Removal
- Cystectomy
EMR System: Cerner Community Works
Support Staff:
- 4 CNMs
- 1 Assigned Medical Assistant per Clinician
- 1 Triage Nurse
- Birth Center Nursing Staff
On-Call/Weekends:
- Clinic and Call Coverage
- Variable Call Schedule
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified in OB/GYN
- Active Vermont License, IMLC, or Willingness to Obtain
- Completion of Accredited OB/GYN Residency (U.S. or Canada)
- Most Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
