Core Responsibilities
Advanced Repairs: Diagnose and repair complex HVAC systems.
Safety Inspections: Conduct full system audits and provide clear field reports.
Maintenance: Execute precision preventative maintenance to extend system life.
Client Education: Advise homeowners on system health and sell service agreements (Commission-based).
On-Call: Participate in a rotating emergency response schedule.
What We Require
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service/repair (Required).
Licensing: Valid EPA Certification and a clean driving record.
Location: Current resident of MA or RI (or imminently relocating).
Skills: Expert knowledge of wiring diagrams and diagnostic instruments.
Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
