$25-$40/hr, a service truck, full benefits, and a back office that handles the
paperwork so you stay on the equipment. ICS is building out the Rio Grande Valley
and South Texas, and we want expirienced technicians to anchor it.
ICS (Interior Climate Solutions) is one of the largest, fastest-growing independent
commercial service providers in the country, keeping HVAC/R running for multi-site
retail, convenience-store, and commercial chains nationwide. Our techs are backed by
a centralized team, dispatch, purchasing, quoting, and billing, so you focus on the
work and the customer, not the admin.
As a Service Technician, you'll do high-quality commercial HVAC/R service while
helping develop and support the techs around you as the market grows.
WHAT YOU'LL EARN
$25-$40/hr, based on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/R; refrigeration, walk-in
coolers/freezers, ice machines, RTUs, and split systems
Support multi-site retail and convenience-store accounts across the Rio Grande
Valley and South Texas (McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, Harlingen, Brownsville)
Lead by example on safety, quality, communication, and customer service
Help train, mentor, and develop field technicians as we build the local team
Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and management
Keep accurate service records and job documentation
Support on-call / emergency service needs as required
WHAT YOU BRING
Strong commercial HVAC/R service experience
Hands-on with refrigeration, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, RTUs,
and split systems
EPA certification (required)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Sound independent field judgment
Willingness to take part in an on-call rotation
NICE TO HAVE (not required)
Prior lead technician, field supervisor, or mentoring experience
Multi-site retail / convenience-store account experience
