The HVAC Technician will join our technical team responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems primarily within El Paso, with occasional travel to Southern New Mexico and West Texas. This role involves regular customer interaction, using standard hand tools and diagnostic software to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues using diagnostic software
- Conduct system testing and preventive maintenance
- Replace parts as needed to ensure optimal operation
- Provide regular customer support and communicate effectively
- Travel to various job sites within the designated service area
- Document maintenance and repair activities accurately
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC
- Technical certification in HVAC or related field
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
- Proficiency with electrical wiring and blueprint reading
- Skilled in troubleshooting HVAC issues
- Strong customer communication abilities
- Experience with preventive maintenance procedures
