The HVAC/R technician will be skilled in cleaning, adjusting, and improving systems. In addition, the ideal candidates will have excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills.

HVAC/R Technician Requirements: - HVAC/R technician experience and willingness to continue education in the HVAC field
- Valid U.S. driver's license with a good driving record; CDL not required
- A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to self-motivate and self-manage workload
- EPA Certification is a plus; certification assistance is available
- Working knowledge of local inspection codes, a plus
HVAC/R Technician Responsibilities:
- Commercial air and refrigeration systems
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
- Clean, adjust, and improve systems and perform warranty services
- Keep daily logs and records
