Have working knowledge of HVAC systems

Troubleshoot HVAC deficiencies throughout the building

Read wiring diagrams and use voltmeter

Complete maintenance and repairs in a timely manner, and quote repairs

Use tablets to complete work orders and PM's in a timely manner

Communicate and work well with the team

Developing and maintaining relationships with new customers/clients
