Job Description Job Description Travis Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Inc. is a growing HVAC and refrigeration company serving Southwest Florida, and we're looking for a dependable, skilled HVAC Installer who can also perform system maintenances and basic service work.
Position Responsibilities:
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (split systems, package units, mini-splits, etc.)
- Perform routine HVAC maintenance and tune-ups
- Diagnose basic system issues and assist with repairs when needed
- Ensure quality workmanship and follow safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers on site
Qualifications:
- HVAC installation experience required (2+ years preferred)
- EPA Certification required
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, punctual, and team-oriented
