United Better Homes is a trusted home improvement and energy efficiency company serving MA & RI for over a decade. Our HVAC division, UBH Heating & Cooling, is growing rapidly - and we're looking for experienced, motivated HVAC Installers to join our professional team.
Position Overview:
We're seeking experienced HVAC Installers who can handle residential and light commercial installations with precision and pride. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, can work independently or as part of a team, and is committed to providing top-quality craftsmanship and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (ducted and ductless).
- Perform system start-ups, testing, and quality assurance.
- Ensure all installations meet local and state code requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during or after installation.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience required (5+ years preferred).
- Must hold a valid HVAC license in Massachusetts or Rhode Island.
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background and drug screening.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
