About the Role: Join RIGHT GUYS HEATING & AIR as an HVAC Service Technician and take advantage of an exciting opportunity with a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000! We are looking for skilled technicians to provide top-notch heating and air conditioning services in Fort Mill, SC.
Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues efficiently.
- Install new Evaporator Coils, Condenser Coils and Compressors and Heating repairs as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Requirements: - Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.
- Relevant certifications and licenses are required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
