Requirements:
Proven experience in the HVAC installation industry
Strong knowledge of HVAC codes, installation procedures, and system start-up
Solid experience with ductwork installation
Inverter system knowledge is a huge plus
Clean background and clean driving record required
Ability to lead a crew and manage installations from start to finish
