HVAC Technician - $20-$30/hr - DOE
We are currently hiring HVAC Technicians with 3+ years of experience performing commercial and industrial HVAC installations, maintenance, and service work. Candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP as we have an immediate need for long-term opportunities in the Raleigh, NC area.
HVAC Technician Duties:
• Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using testing equipment
• Charge, recover, and handle refrigerants in accordance with EPA regulations
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
• Install and troubleshoot HVAC controls
• Perform startup and commissioning of HVAC equipment
• Service work
HVAC Technician Qualifications:
• Experience troubleshooting and servicing HVAC systems
• EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Experience working with RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, and air handlers
• Knowledge of HVAC electrical controls and low-voltage systems
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have basic HVAC tools and PPE
• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
• Competitive starting pay: $20-$30/hr DOE
