New Roads AC & Heat is looking for dependable individuals who want to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. Experience in HVAC or construction is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important.
Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC installation crews on residential and commercial projects
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Assist with ductwork and equipment installation
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Follow company safety procedures
- Learn HVAC installation techniques from experienced professionals
Qualifications
- Construction or HVAC experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Valid driver's license preferred
