Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and fluid checks
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Repair or replace defective parts such as engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, and suspension components
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify potential safety or maintenance concerns
- Accurately document work performed and recommendations using shop management software
- Communicate findings clearly with service advisors or customers when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and industry regulations
