General Duties and Responsibilities - Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and drivetrains
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and air brake systems
- Work on commercial trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
Qualifications - 2+ years of experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR, or similar engines (preferred)
- Own tools (standard for the trade)
- CDL is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Schedule - Monday to Friday
- Day Shift
- 8 hours / day
