Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related systems.

- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize fleet performance and reliability.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical problems.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior mechanics as needed.
- Respond to on-site repair requests and work efficiently in various conditions.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- 3+ years of experience working with diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicles.
- Valid CDL license is a plus; must have a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with diagnostic and repair tools specific to diesel mechanics.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency repairs.
