Position Summary We are seeking skilled and dependable
MIG Welders to join our production team. This role is responsible for welding aluminum components to fabricate docks and related structures while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities - Perform MIG welding on aluminum materials for dock and marine product fabrication
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Assemble and fit components prior to welding
- Inspect welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards are met
- Operate welding equipment and related fabrication tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel
Qualifications - Proven experience with MIG welding (aluminum preferred)
- Ability to read measuring tools accurately
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in marine, dock, or structural fabrication
- Welding certifications a plus (AWS or similar)
Work Environment - Manufacturing/production setting
- Exposure to welding fumes, heat, and industrial equipment
- PPE required and provided as needed
- Pays $20-$22 DOE
