Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

-Independent CRNA needed at small facility in KY.
-5 Operating suites, 2 Endoscopy suites, 1 Urological suite
-Flexible practice and schedule.
-2 positions available: 1 FT position no call
-1 FT position 1:7, with 6-8 wkds and a total of 4-5 call shifts per month.
-We cover 1 holiday per year. Extra shift calls are available.
