Coverage Needed

  • ASAP - Ongoing

Schedule

  • Mon-Fri
  • 8a-5p
  • Weekend and after hour call

Clinical Details

  • Clinic: 18-22 patients per day
  • 100% Adults
  • Cystoscopy in office
  • Bread and butter procedures in OR

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Active IL license
    • Will only consider fully licensed or IMLC-in-hand candidates
  • DEA and CSR
  • ACLS, BLS

Call

  • 30 minute response time

  • EPIC
