Practice Setting
Arc Health is staffing a federal health center in Northern Arizona offering a true team-based OB/GYN model. This is not solo coverage and not a high-burnout assignment. Physicians work alongside multiple OB/GYNs per shift and Certified Nurse Midwives with full specialty support onsite.
Compensation & Call
- $2,000 per day (all-inclusive)
- Weeknight pager call: $250 flat
- Weekend call (24 hours): $1,000 flat
- Call-back rate: $250/hour
- Call rotation: 1:4
- Travel and lodging covered by provider
Schedule
- Block scheduling: 1 2 weeks per month
- Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Call: Pager call only (hotel across the street; no in-house call)
Clinical Volume & Responsibilities
- Approximately 450 deliveries per year across the program
- Average 1 2 deliveries per day across the team
- Certified Nurse Midwives manage routine deliveries
- OB/GYNs focus on:
- Surgical cases
- Higher-acuity OB/GYN patients
- Average call-backs: 3 4 per week while on call
Support & Resources
- 3 5 OB/GYN physicians on shift daily
- Certified Nurse Midwives fully integrated into care model
- Pediatrics and Anesthesia onsite
- Experienced nursing and support staff
- Established workflows
- EMR: RPMS

Credentialing & Logistics

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based setting
