Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Orthopedic - Surgical APP - PER DIEM, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic surgical setting. Every day you will collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, manage pre-operative and post-operative care, assist in surgical procedures, and conduct comprehensive patient evaluations. You'll utilize your diagnostic and therapeutic expertise to ensure seamless patient transitions throughout their surgical journey, providing essential support in the operating room and clinic. This role demands exceptional clinical judgment, a proactive approach to patient management, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a current PA or NP license with an active surgical first assist certification. Job Requirements Required
- Degree as a Physician Assistant
- 3 years clinical experience in related area
- Certification as Physician Assistant from Arizona Joint Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners American Heart Association Basic Life Support.
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support. - NCCPA - National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant.
